The Blücher Pro is a modular platform for plannable routine tasks. Depending on configuration, the system already handles arena maintenance, paddock cleaning, sweeping, transport as well as mowing and mulching. Further attachments and software functions continuously extend the range of applications – with winter services and uses in livestock farming, fruit growing and special crops in prospect.

A paddock cleaner is a device for cleaning paddocks and turnout areas. Combined with the Blücher Pro, the paddock cleaner is guided across defined working areas so that daily paddock cleaning requires less manual work.

Automated paddock cleaning saves working time, reduces physically demanding manual work and supports more regular yard hygiene. Clean paddocks also help to keep parasite, fly and infection pressure in the operation under better control.

The Blücher Pro with paddock cleaner is suitable for almost any type of ground. It plays to its strengths especially on firm paddocks and pastures. But it also reliably collects manure on paddock trails and sand surfaces.

We recommend clearing paddocks and turnout areas of manure every day. This sustainably reduces fly and parasite pressure. And with the Blücher Pro and the paddock cleaner, the work takes care of itself.

Yes, of course. Depending on configuration, Blücher guides an arena leveller and handles surface care in an automated way – on outdoor arenas just as in the indoor school. The system runs defined patterns and makes daily arena maintenance more plannable and repeatable. Which configuration suits your particular footing and operation is agreed in advance.

For regularly used arenas, frequent care makes sense, often daily or after intensive use. The exact frequency depends on the footing, usage, moisture and discipline. For the wellbeing of the horses and the preservation of the surface, we recommend at least one pass per day.

Yes, with a suitable sweeping attachment the Blücher Pro can be used as a sweeping robot for yard, stable and operational areas. Paved areas such as stable aisles, yard surfaces, feed alleys, storage areas or paths are particularly suitable.

Yes. Thanks to its powerful electric motors, large loads can be pulled with 6,000 N of tractive force. This also makes the Blücher Pro suitable for the daily transport of straw and hay, including in narrow stable aisles.

Yes. With the separate mowing and mulching modules, the Blücher Pro becomes a reliable helper in grassland care and harvesting.

At commissioning, the working areas of each facility are surveyed and stored permanently. Outdoors, Blücher determines its position to the centimetre via GNSS with RTK correction, and in the indoor school via LiDAR-based localization. An AI camera and the LiDAR detect obstacles and complement the safety concept. Blücher stays within the defined boundaries and stops automatically as soon as its position can no longer be determined reliably.

The data does not leave the robot. Camera and sensor data are processed exclusively locally and are not stored. Our software, developed in Germany, does not transmit any data to external servers or cloud services. No transfer abroad takes place. Sensitive operational and environmental data therefore stays protected. With this, Blücher deliberately relies on data protection and high security standards.

Up to 8 hours of battery life under full load. The runtime depends on the task, ground, attachment, load, speed and temperature. In many routine applications, Blücher works even longer on a single charge.

A 230 V charging station or a 400 V charging station is available. With 230 volts, a full charge takes around six hours; with 400 volts, around four hours. In an on-site consultation we clarify how charging, operating times and your workflow fit together sensibly.

Yes, the Blücher Pro can also be moved manually by remote control. This is especially relevant when teaching in the working areas, for manoeuvring and transport work, and for individual tasks outside defined programs.

Yes, the Blücher Pro is developed for use in the yard environment: electric, quiet and equipped with sensors for obstacle detection. Even so, every operation needs proper instruction, defined working areas and clear rules for operating near people and animals.

If the Blücher Pro detects a person or an animal in its working area, it stops automatically. Work is only continued once the defined safety area is clear again.

Very uneven terrain, extreme gradients, deep mud or a lot of loose objects can limit independent operation. The same applies to heavily used areas where people, vehicles or animals move regularly. That is why we assess in advance, in a consultation, where and when the terrain and your operational workflows allow safe and reliable use.
